Man City fullback Couto admits Real Madrid hopes

Manchester City fullback Yan Couto admits he'd like to play for Real Madrid in the future.

Couto is starring on-loan at Girona this season.

Asked if Real Madrid is a real option for the future, Couto was direct and sincere.

"Yes, yes, if they are interested... I'm not going to lie here," he said in an interview with Catalunya Radio.

This season, Couto has made 33 appearances for Girona this term.
