Winger Simon Adingra was hailed as the difference maker for Brighton yesterday.

The attacker was at the heart of the team's most threatening moves against Aston Villa.

He also won the penalty that Joao Pedro eventually scored to give his team a 1-0 win.

Brighton turned them early. He was just really at it.

Brighton have struggled for goals so there is obviously an emphasis from the manager on making more runs off the ball, which he did well.

He kept getting in great positions.

He will be disappointed he didn't get on the scoresheet.

Brighton played with a confidence that you wouldn't expect from a team that have been struggling. He was really good.

He took (Ezri) Konsa in and out and gave him a torrid afternoon.

I like the the variation in his game.
